In May 2021, after a one year break owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to organise a virtual mobility with Italy as a host country. The virtual experience was thought to offer different workshops and presentations about the topic languages and mentality, aiming to focus on the cultural differences and the most widespread stereotypes about our own countries. The introduced workshops were the following ones: - presentation of Sardinian history and culture (traditions, food, the blu-zone of the centenarians by the teacher for special needs Daniela Fenu; - introduction to some Italian idioms related to food by the German teacher Tamara Dragun; The evolution of Italian gesticulation by the German teacher Marco Pinna; -Bits and pieces of Italian language, by Daniela Fenu. -Pizza baking in the cooking lab with the teacher Salvatore Piu.
