YES project: ready, steady, go!

Il nuovo progetto Erasmus+ YES - Yellow European Stars è un progetto biennale 2019-2021 e vede protagonisti i seguenti Paesi: Estonia, Turchia, Croazia, Portogallo, Spagna (Canarie) e Italia. Le sei mobilità previste nel biennio avranno come obiettivo principale lo svolgimento di attività e percorsi didattici strettamente correlati al grande tema della Cittadinanza Europea. La prima mobilità si è svolta in Croazia dall'11 al 16 Novembre. I docenti Valentina Carta (lingua e civiltà inglese e tedesca) e Salvatore Piu (lab. enogastronomia) hanno accompagnato i 4 studenti della graduatoria appositamente creata per il progetto YES. Qui di seguito, la partenza dall'aeroporto Costa Smeralda di Olbia e da Roma Fiumicino.

Spanish mobility - Tenerife: Feedbacks.

In February 2022 we joined a physical mobility in Tenerife. Since the pandemic was still spreading, students stayed with teachers at the hotel and were not hosted by the local families for safety reasons. The main topic of this mobility was cultural diversity and diversity in all its forms, with an invitation to reflect about the richness of diversity in every context: social, racial, functional, economical, sexual. Our students Letizia, Grazia, Marika and Simon focused on the topic of racial diversity. We had the chance to visit some important spots of Tenerife: the tiny town of Vilaflor with its unforgettable handcraft and the volcano el Teide, with a stunning astronomical lesson at night by our experienced tour guide. Open Day December 2021 -January 2022

Our school organized three different open days in the months December 2021 and January 2022, in order to let families and institutions getting to know our school activities and our educational offer. The students of the hospitality course welcomed the guests showing them all our lab activities (bar tendering and cooking workshops) and explaining what projects have been developed in the last years, especially the Erasmus ones. It was a great opportunity to open up to our territory and to give our students responsibility of being in charge of welcoming the guests and explaining them everything.
